1. Introduction
Welcome to Alien Sudoku (“the App”).
The App is an offline single-player puzzle game: no registration, no ads, no social features, no in-app purchases, and no developer backend in the current release. Gameplay, music, and story stills ship inside the app binary. The App does not call cloud AI models at runtime.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Summary
We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information.
The App does not initiate network requests for gameplay, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising.
Settings and progress stay on your device (iOS UserDefaults) and are
not sent to a server we operate.
Apple’s App Privacy (“nutrition”) label for this build: Data Not Collected.
The Privacy Manifest declares on-device UserDefaults access with reason
CA92.1 (this App only).

2.3 Local game progress
Stored on-device only so you can resume after relaunch:

These fields are game state on your device, not cloud saves, and are not used to identify you. Deleting the App removes settings and progress.
2.4 Permissions and system APIs
The App does not request Photo Library, Camera, Microphone, Location, Contacts, Tracking (ATT / IDFA), or Bluetooth. There is no permission prompt of that kind.
Haptics use Apple’s system Taptic APIs. You can turn tap haptics off in the App’s Settings and/or disable System Haptics in iOS Settings.
2.5 Links you may open yourself
The App does not browse the web in the background. If you tap Contact (mailto) on the About page, or a credit link on Special Thanks, iOS may open Mail or Safari. That is a user-initiated jump to another app or website. Those destinations have their own policies; we do not receive the traffic.
3. Children
Casual puzzle content. We intend an App Store age rating aligned with 13+ (not the Kids Category). There is no account or age-gate in this build. If you are under 13 (or the digital-consent age where you live), use the App with a parent or guardian.
4. Third parties and tracking
No App Store In-App Purchase, ads, analytics, crash, or social SDKs are integrated. We do not share personal data with third parties because we do not collect it. We do not use the Advertising Identifier for tracking or profiling.
5. Security and retention
- This version does not transmit personal business data over the network.
- Local preferences and progress remain until you delete the App.
- Export compliance: the App does not use non-exempt encryption of its own (
ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption = false).
6. Your choices
- Change volume, haptics, orientation, and related options in Settings.
- Delete the App to remove local settings and progress.
- Email yinyue@beingdigital.cn — we aim to reply within 15 business days.
There is no developer-side account to delete in this version.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date. The public English section of this page is the source of truth for App Store Connect.

2.4 权限
不申请相册、相机、麦克风、定位、通讯录、追踪（ATT / IDFA）、蓝牙，也不会弹出这类系统权限框。 触觉使用系统 Taptic；可在应用设置关闭点击触觉，或在系统「声音与触感」中关闭系统触感。
2.5 您主动打开的链接
应用不会在后台浏览网页。若您在关于页点击联系邮箱，或在 Special Thanks 点击致谢链接， 系统可能打开邮件或 Safari。这是您主动跳转到其他应用或网站，我们收不到该流量。
3. 未成年人
休闲解谜内容。计划 App Store 年龄分级与 13+ 对齐（不进入 Kids）。 本版本无账号、无年龄闸。未满 13 周岁（或所在地数字同意年龄）请在监护人陪同下使用。
4. 第三方与追踪
未接入内购、广告、统计、崩溃或社交 SDK。不收集故不向第三方共享。不使用广告标识符做追踪或画像。
5. 安全与保存
- 本版本不通过网络传输个人业务数据。
- 本机设置与进度在删除应用前一直保留。
- 加密出口声明：无自研非豁免加密（
